In September 2022, the Aquarium and Carosse School teamed up to create a Marine Education Area (MEA) in the Port of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains.
The MEA is attended by two classes of CE2 and CM1 (children aged 8 to 10), supervised by Ms Lajoie and Ms Frastré, teachers from the school.
The children defined a perimeter going from the back of Roches Noires beach, to the quay separating the gully from the port, and the port.
